Coating & Sealing Concrete Floors.

There are three types of specialised coatings that we can apply on your concrete floor:
  • Epoxy floors
  • Resin floors
  • Sealants

Epoxy floors.

We can attest to industrial epoxy’s strength and durability. It’s near indestructible.

It’s a great choice for industrial warehouses and work environments, including garages, machine shops, and more! Since it looks great as well, we see epoxy popping up all over the place! Don’t be surprised if you see an epoxy floor in a retail store in your local mall, it also looks good in your home. Vehicles and heavy machinery will not stop epoxy’s power nor diminish its vitality. Epoxy floors come in a range of colours.

Epoxy is hygienic.

This means no microbes, food, is getting into the nooks and crannies of your flooring.

It’s non-porous surface disallows bacteria from growing. It is resistant to most microbes and other surface contaminants. That means it is easy to clean, looks great all the time, and doesn’t require much maintenance.

Epoxy is chemically resistant.

This means that harsh cleaners, industrial solvents, oil spills, red wine, and other chemicals will not tarnish or eat through this floor. Oil spills won’t even leave a stain.

How long do epoxy floors last?

Industrial-strength epoxy formulations are built well and built to last. Our high-grade, high-performance epoxy can last 10-20 years depending on certain variables. For residential applications, the number leans a little more to the 20 year mark, whereas the industrial side leans more towards the ten year mark.

Resin floors.

Resin Flooring is a hard-wearing plastic surface with a highly durable finish.

There are many different resin floor types, which are ideal for environments with heavy use. Depending on the ingredients used, different features and finishes, such as non-slip and chemical resistance, can be added to benefit you, and the final product.

Implemented as indoor flooring in commercial, industrial, and even domestic environments, these features can provide huge advantages over other types of flooring, like traditional tiles or concrete floors.

Resin flooring is hygienic this means no food getting into the nooks and crannies of your flooring it’s non-porous surface prevents bacteria from growing. It is resistant to most microbes and other surface contaminants this makes resin floors ideal where food grade flooring is required.

That means it is easy to clean, looks great all the time, and doesn’t require much maintenance.

Resin floors can be used for both industrial, commercial and domestic flooring applications and comes in a range of colours.

What are the benefits of Resin floors compared to other floors?

  • They have increased durability, easily handling general wear and tear
  • They are more hygienic and easier to clean
  • They have a greater amount of design and personalisation options
  • There are chemical resistant variants, ideal for industrial environments
  • They are resistant to impacts and footfall abrasion
  • They enable a safer environment to work in with slip-resistant qualities
  • They require a far lower amount of general upkeep and maintenance

We highly recommend sealing new concrete area’s indoor and out.

Low cost solvent or water based clear floor seals are designed to penetrate concrete substrates to strengthen the surface and provide a tough durable film. Generally applied in two coats by brush and roller, these seals are used to dust proof and enhance the appearance of a variety of light traffic areas.

A gloss or matt finish may be applied that will protect the substrate and will prevent additional wear and tear. Sealants generally darken the look of your concrete standard or coloured.

The benefits of sealing your floor.

  • It offers protection – for concrete areas to withstand everyday spillages, a floor seal provides a layer of protection from long term damage.

  • It creates a professional finish – A floor seal creates a professional finish and improves the appearance of any industrial or residential area.

  • It strengthens the floor –  A floor seal creates a stronger surface that can better survive an industrial, commercial or residential environment.
